Privacy Policy
Effective 20 July 2026
Tomorrow is a personal health and training app. It turns the details you share into a daily protocol and adapts it over time. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over your data. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name. We use Apple's Hide My Email if you choose it.
- Profile and goals. Details you enter such as age, sex, height, weight, training access, diet, supplements, goals, and any notes you add about yourself.
- Daily logs. Food entries, weight entries, protocol check-offs, and journal notes you record in the app.
- Health data (with your permission). If you allow it, we read data from Apple Health such as body weight, body fat, lean mass, and menstrual cycle entries, and, if you connect a wearable such as Whoop, recovery and sleep metrics. This data is used only to personalize your plan and trajectory inside the app.
How we use your data
We use your information to generate and continuously adapt your personalized plan, macros, and daily protocol, to show your progress and trajectory, and to keep your account working across your devices. To produce your guidance, the relevant parts of your profile and logs are processed by trusted third-party AI providers on our behalf. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we do not sell your data.
Apple Health (HealthKit) data
Health data read from Apple Health is used solely to provide features you have asked for, such as syncing your body-composition and cycle data into your plan. We never use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can turn this access off at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed to provide it:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication that stores your account and data.
- AI processing providers — generate your plan and coaching text from the data you provide.
- Google and Apple — sign-in.
- Whoop — only if you choose to connect it, to read your recovery and sleep data.
Storing and deleting your data
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app: open the You tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. This immediately removes your profile, plans, logs, notes, connected data, and your sign-in identity. The action cannot be undone. You may also email us at rafay.korai@gmail.com to request deletion.
Children
Tomorrow is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
